Girls Club is a course for 8-11 year old girls teaching the basics of the female body, normalizing anatomy language, & recognizing the body as an amazing gift in 5 classes total. Each class meets weekly for 90 minutes. Small, weekly classes allow the girls to ease into the content, and strengthen trust and community for an unforgettable experience. 
This 5 week session is $195 per girl.

How to Book a Class:

1. Choose a Chief Parent Organizer
Every group needs a point person to coordinate. This parent—your Chief Parent Organizer—will lead the way.

2. Gather interest from other parents to create your group
There is an 8 child minimum for us to run a class.  If you are unable to gather 8 girls, we may be able to help get your group to 8 children, let us know. 

Sample message to send to other parents:

"I'm thinking of signing my child up for Girls Club at The Crafty Place.  It's a 5 session weekly class on teaching our girls about the female body and how to understand  all of the upcoming changes in a positive way, in a safe space they know and love.  The classes are held on Thursday or Saturday morning.  Are you interested?"

3. Fill out the form below 
After you fill out the form, we'll send you a private link to share with all parents so each child is registered.

Cancellation & Scheduling Policy
To make each session a fun and engaging experience, we require a minimum of 8 girls to participate in each course.

For group registrations, we work with a Chief Parent Officer (CPO) who helps coordinate the girls and their families. CPOs are welcome to bring a smaller group of girls, and we may combine multiple groups to reach the 8-girl minimum. Once payment has been collected from all participating girls and we have reached the minimum enrollment, we’ll connect with the CPO(s) to coordinate and confirm dates and times that work best for the group, unless an agreed upon time has already been proposed. . 

Payments are non-refundable once processed, so if a girl who has registered for the series later needs to cancel, the CPO is responsible for finding another girl to take their place. This helps ensure that the group maintains the minimum enrollment needed for the course and registration can be transferred to the new attendee.

If you are registering individually, once payment has been processed, payments are non-refundable. If your daughter is no longer able to attend the scheduled dates, we’re happy to work with you to move her registration to a future session, subject to availability.

Teacher Illness & Inclement Weather
In the event that a class needs to be canceled due to teacher's illness or inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule the class. We will offer the group two possible makeup dates and select the date that works best for the majority of participants. We appreciate your flexibility and will always do our best to find a date that works well for the group!
